LEXINGTON, Ky. -- Kentucky's starting lineup of three freshmen and two sophomores did most everything together. Now, they will go their separate ways in the NBA.
"We made it work," Jones said. "We all wanted to be there and do it together like we've done everything else together."
The group, all clad in similar blue UK golf shirts, came into the season largely untested before ascending to No. 1, winning the Southeastern Conference in dominating fashion and capping an NCAA tournament run with a 67-59 victory over Kansas in the title game

The last time Got Game Magazine had the chance to communicate with Glenn Pakulak he was all set to star in Bravo’s hit reality show Most Eligible Dallas. The sixth episode airs on September 26 at 10pm EST. His life has changed a bit since the show started, and while that means an end to his relationship with the Oakland Raiders, Glenn Pakulak’s life is still pretty sweet.
In reference to how much he’s enjoyed his time on the show Pakulak said he’s been “sitting back, relaxing and enjoying all the hard work that we put into making the show. It's been great receiving attention from it good, bad or indifferent, I respect everyone's opinion.”
The experience has taught him a few things in addition to learning to live with various perspectives on the show’s success. For one thing, Pakulak realized that reality TV meant his every move would be watched.
“Don’t act like a fool because someone is always watching! (Laughing) No, in all seriousness, just enjoy life and be yourself. Don’t change for anyone.”
From watching the show and with the experiences the cast goes through, it’s easy to understand how they could become close. However, Glenn Pakulak said, “I was already friends with the cast but when you work so closely with a group for months on end you develop even that much more of a tight knit relationship.”
The show’s popularity has been a great experience for the reality star.
“The most exciting part of the show has been being recognized. I was teasing with my mom, I told her I've played football for 9 years and have been recognized more in two weeks from the show than [all of the] years of football added up.”
Even with all the fun and excitement the show has brought, Pakulak mentioned that sometimes things were hard, but necessary. He said, “The hardest part of the show was long hours of the filming, but everything worthwhile comes with a price. “
Pretty solid words.
The readership may remember that Glenn Pakulak started up a denim line in addition to starring in Most Eligible Dallas. The brand is called Pray 4 Denim. It’s still in the building process. “It will happen and be great but I'm not going to hurry it either. When things slow down a tad, I'm going attack it full force.” Clearly Pakulak is motivated, but he’s letting life take him wherever it leads him. Pakulak concluded by saying, “I don't know what's next and that's why I enjoy life so much. When one door closes God always opens another. I knew I wouldn't be in Oakland too long. They have an amazing punter already, but I grew being there and will continue on with the Journey.”
